Sreedhar Tulluri brings over 25 years of technology leadership, specializing in mission-critical electronic trading systems, enterprise IT architecture, and large-scale operations.  

 

He has successfully transformed IT organizations at major financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch and Standard & Poor’s, and has led and delivered $50–100M business and technology programs.  

 

As a trusted advisor to C-level executives at firms such as Bank of America, he has shaped strategic technology direction and represented consortia of leading financial institutions to address industry-wide regulatory and compliance challenges.

As Tech Fellow at Oktay Technology, Sreedhar served as a strategic advisor to senior technology executives, guiding large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, transportation, construction design & engineering, and real estate.

Sreedhar possesses deep hands-on expertise in designing and implementing digitization programs for with particular focus on AI based workflow analytics, enterprise data warehousing, and regulatory-compliant multi-tier data storage architectures.

He holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
