Steve is also CEO of Oktay Technology and Renascence Development. He also serves as DriveWealth's Board of Directors on Strategic Technology and Innovation, Strategic Advisor to the IoE Corp, Vice Chairman and co-founder of YSBNow, a Board of Directors member to Precidian Investments and IQ4. Steve also served as an Operating Partner to Whistler Capital, an Advisor to Starr Investment Holdings. He was also a co-founder of DynamicOps, a Credit Suisse spinout acquired by Vmware.

As CEO of Oktay Technology Steve has led his boutique consulting firm of IT Experts over the past sixteen years into multi-year strategic technology and trusted advisory partnerships with some of the most innovative and successful firms on Wall Street and FinTechs, including Bridgewater Associates, State Street, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, DriveWealth, Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Liquidnet, Swift Corp and IHS Markit. The nations third largest transportation agency, NJ Transit, and the largest Engineering and Design firm in North America, Colliers Engineering and Design. Oktay’s technology leadership and tight relationships help firms gain significant advancement into state of the art cloud native designs for enterprise class AI, GenAI and Agentic AI systems of intelligence and the most advanced technically architected Trading Systems in the world.

Previously, Steve was a Managing Director and Global Head of the IT Research & Development at Credit Suisse including over fourteen years of driving innovative technology into solutions that differentiated Credit Suisse’s Trading and Analytics technology platform globally. In this role, Steve was responsible for setting the direction of the Firm’s next generation computing environment spanning applications and infrastructure across all of its IT divisions world-wide.

During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Steve also served as Head of Global Core Technologies and CTO of Mission Critical Systems, including conceptualizing, designing, authoring and building the firm’s world-class Global Equity Trading and Analytic systems, Agora and OMan.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked with serial Entrepreneurs, top Venture Capital firms around the world, and some of the world’s largest technology providers including being a selected member to CTO Advisory boards such as Sun Microsystems, MSFT, EMC, HP, IBM Research, Veritas, and Cisco.
